My experience overall was great. I shopped my car from Florida to Washington in the end of February 2019. It was easy and stress was minimal. It did take about 3-4 days longer than estimated in the beginning. It took a little over a week for the delivery from the pick-up day to the delivery day. The driver keeper us updated. The drop off locating was convinient. There were no scratches or anything else wrong with my car. The car was super dirty but that’s understandable considering the weather. But I wouldn’t bother washing the car prior to pick-up next time. I’m missing a couple of electronic items that I believe I had in my car in the pickup day such as dash camera but as far as I’m aware the transportation company isn’t responsible for that kind of stuff. I was pretty upset about that though. Shop a car direct would send me emails with updates all the time and I’m pleased with the communication side of the process. I’ll be using them again in the future if I ever need my car shipped again.
