This is my second time using shipacardirect and I am completely satisfied once again. This time around I had Stefan as my agent and every time I contacted him his response was prompt and helpful. The carrier I was assigned was West Coast Auto Transport Service Inc.; they picked up and delivered my car with ease. My only complaint would be that they picked up my car outside of my pickup window with short notice (My pickup window was March 1-9, I was notified on Feb 27 that my car would be picked up on Feb 28). I had to scramble a bit last minute but it wasn't a big deal, just a minor inconvenience. Overall, I highly recommend this service and I will definitely use it again.
