Overall great experience. Fast response via email, contacted by a few staff members after filling out request for vehicle transport. A few calls from my transport coordinator and after a few days my vehicle transporter was assigned. Vehicle pickup and delivery within my set time & date requests. Ship A Car Direct is the coordinator company (broker) who finds a vehicle shipping company to transport your vehicle (transporter). Ship A Car Direct does all the research and checks the transporter companies for proper transport insurance and only works with trustworthy and reliable transporters. Was reassured by the high BBB ratings and great reviews of: Ship A Car Direct; as well as the high ratings for the transport company: A Unique Transport. Vehicle was in great condition with no new cosmetic or mechanical issues (only a little bit dusty) after traveling from Pensacola, Florida to Los Angeles, California in less than a week! Great price for transport of 2016 Honda HRV. Highly recommend Ship A Car Direct for your cross country vehicle transport needs! Let them do the work and worry less about your car!
