Ship a Car Direct handled everything for me. The carrier they contracted was very professional and courteous. In fact, they had to jump the car for me both when they picked it up and when they dropped it off. The car stalled again twice after jumping it so the driver allowed me to keep his portable battery charger attached to my car so I could move it to my home from the parking lot that I met him in. Great customer service!
