Overall: would use again. Very responsive customer service... I worked with the same associate throughout the process. Her response rate was amazing. I had a little issue where the carrier contacted me about pick up a day earlier than I indicated. I pushed back with my shipacardirect associate and she cleared it with the carrier right away so it’s back to original schedule. My friend ended up having to drive the car a couple of miles to meet the carrier at a Mercedes dealership on a big road because the carrier couldn’t get to the exact pickup address due to small streets. This does happen sometimes apparently but it’s easy peasy and they pay for your Uber back after drop off. Now, I had indicated that earliest delivery is same day as pickup. But they gave an estimate.. and I didn’t get to making payment arrangement with the people receiving the car for me yet, thinking I had a few more days. The car got to the destination a few days earlier than estimated (but within what I indicated would have been ok). We weren’t ready to receive the car - really, to pay the carrier with cash - and the carrier graciously said he could deliver the next day. Phew!
