I have shipped a vehicle previously and used a different broker. The experience was not good. So I had some trepidation with shipping again. When I chose Ship a Car Direct, I was extremely pleased with the quickness of their communication as well as the thoroughness of their communication with me. They kept me informed all the way to my destination. The carrier that they selected was polite and professional. My vehicle arrived in exactly the same condition as I presented it and it was delivered on time. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again if the need ever presented itself.
