The experience with Ship a Car Direct was easier than I thought it would be - much easier than driving the car across country. the only reason for four stars is the logistics of meeting the truck that picks the car up in a 7day window and again meeting the car on the other end in another "window". I understand the necessity but it makes buying plane tickets a challenge. Jennifer was most helpful on the phone and the driver was nice and appreciative we met him at a local truck stop for delivery instead of a tight neighborhood. Will I use them again? Absolutely. I plan to do just that next week for another car.
