I needed my car to cross the country and didn't want to drive it myself. So, my car arrived in Miami with no damage which was a great relief. It did cost $100 more than the original quote and took one day more than estimate. That was fine too. It left CA in a huge 18 wheeler but arrived being towed by a small tow truck. I was told this was to be able to deliver my car door to door. Problem is, it had an additional 500 miles on odometer. It was obviously towed for a long part of trip, I think from Northern FL. This bothers me. No one told me about this in advance. I did not want it towed. That said, The shippers have been very accessible. The experience has been rather painless.
