This was exceptional service from Ship A Car Direct. Eve was there to answer any question I had via phone or email and walked me through the entire process. My only feedback was with the assigned shipping company. They weren't able to give me a solid window of when to expect them to arrive, but the company was very professional and kind about any questions. Smooth pickup and delivery. This was from Los Angeles to Fresno and was delivered within a 12 hour window. I will be using this service again to ship my car from Los Angeles to Austin. Price was cheaper than I had expected to ship a car as well.
