From the instant car shipping estimate to the final delivery day, the customer service was on point! The entire Ship a Car Direct Team was informative and in touch throughout the process and made us feel comfortable with each step. Our price was excellent and the pick up date was extremely fast! The car was also delivered on the estimated delivery date. Finally, the app is a great way to report the condition of the car prior to shipping and can be used to record any damage upon delivery. We did not have any damage whatsoever and the dispatcher/driver were great with coordinating a great pick up spot as close as possible. Will be using again to ship our second car in a few months!
