My overall experience with Ship a Car Direct was great! Their emails explained every step of the process very nicely and effectively. I took one star off because the company they actually contracted to transport my vehicle was a bit odd...not a terrible experience, they were two days earlier than the quoted delivery time and just kinda texted me updates. Not super professional, but fine. When they dropped off my car it was also in the middle of a very busy road outside my office, which was unsettling. Those things were all with the contractor however.
