California to New York car shipment

I was very happy with the service I received from Ship a Car Direct when I needed to ship my son's car from California to New York. I am Canadian and didn't mind crossing the boarder with my son to pick up the car in New York State. We were not able to pick up the car when the carrier arrived in New York so the carrier was kind enough to leave my car in a lot where we picked it up 12 hours later. I met a representative at the lot and paid for the shipment. The lot was close to the boarder at Niagara Falls and was a convenient location for Canadians living in the Greater Toronto Area. The communication was excellent from the first time I spoke to Jennifer at Ship a Car direct to the final meeting where I picked up the car. As this was my first time shipping a car, I was very happy to receive regular e-mail messages and text messages from Ship a Car direct and from the carrier.
