I needed to ship a car from Kentucky to Idaho. In addition to never having shipped a car, my first need was between two unlikely pick-up and drop-off points. A quick Google search suggested the process was going to be overwhelming. But, then I connected with Matt at Ship a Car Direct. A couple emails and a quick conversation and my worries were over. He walked me through every aspect of the process and even helped me understand how to approach comparing potential shipping partners. I quickly learned they're not all created equal. He kept me updated throughout the process -- even if we were still waiting to schedule a carrier (and there really wasn't an update). If I ever need to ship a car across the country, I will only make one call to Ship a Car Direct.
