I was extremely satisfied with Ship Car direct especially the communication with John. My questions / concerns were addressed in an timely manner. I really appreciate the App that allows you take photos of your vehicle before pick-up in case of any damages. The gentleman by the name of Auro with Rich Carrier Inc stayed in contact with me though the whole transport. Very polite and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ship Car Direct
