When I called Ship a car direct the customer service rep did a thorough job answering my questions. I also found it helpful to receive text and email updates. Car arrived earlier than I thought it would. My only suggestion for improvement is I wish the transport company had been more communicative on when they would be dropping off the car. I had to call twice to get confirmation of a time.
