Overall good, but the delivery inspection process confusing

(1) Communication could be better organized: The agent sent multiple emails to me as separate emails. I would prefer to it keep in the same email thread. (2) Delivery inspection confusing: What I mean by confusing is during the delivery inspection, upon delivery the car was too dirty, there has been a lot of mosquitoes on the car and I could hardly tell if there has been any damage. I was asked to take the picture at that time but to be honest. I can not make inspection based on the picture taken at that time.
