This was my first time needing to, and using, a car transport service. I researched a few options online, and spoke with a few representatives. Ship a Car direct was the most expensive, but I was impressed with the information on the website, and the number of contacts from them. I am a strong believer in "you get what you pay for", tempered with there are a lot of scammers out there. Price was not the make or break for me. Trust was. I read a few reviews about other companies that were unhappy and unfavorable, and read the ones on Ship a car direct, and the choice was clear. S-A-C-D vetted their drivers and eliminated the bad apples. I didn't want to have to deal with any problems on the receivership end of the transport of my son's Audi, and so paid the little bit more on the contracted price, and then tipped the driver over 10% of the transport price when he delivered it in perfect condition, ahead of schedule. He was very friendly, and careful with the car getting it off the trailer. I am very pleased with Ship A Car Direct for the role they played in securing a dependable and responsible driver for getting my son's car back home safely, a distance of about 500 miles that I had considered doing myself. I have many vehicles, both business and personal, and am about to purchase a couple of more, and would absolutely use Ship a Car Direct to transport any of them in the future. Thank you.
