We shipped a car from Kansas City to Phoenix. Communication from the company was excellent, both via e-mail and when I called with questions. The assigned driver, with MST Auto Transport, was professional, courteous, and friendly. He explained the process - consistent with what Ship a Car Direct had told us - and made sure we had his contact number. He was proactive with his communication, and made pick-up and delivery painless and easy. Not that we want to ship a car again, but if we do, we will absolutely be using Ship a Car Direct. Thanks for making this a hassle-free and worry-free part of our move!
