I shop around the internet for a while . When I contacted ship a car direct I spoke to Scott .He was very helpful . I did not have a exact day that I wanted my car ship . Scott was very knowledgeable and experienced with situations like my case. I was moving but wanted my car until the last day. Ship a car direct worked with me that the day I was leaving California my car was ship on that day. I was well informed by the company about my car in route to Chicago . I had no address. Since I was staying in a hotel . When my car arrived in Chicago. I got a phone call advising me the truck was in Chicago. I give them my address . Car was delivered at my convenience . . The car arrived safe with no problems . I would recommend this company very highly. I am in customer service and I am very critical about service. I was very happy with the service of this company he
