It was a terrific experience. The driver was on time, knowledgeable and spoke flawless English, which made the whole process much easier. He was able to navigate both the pick up and delivery without any trouble - and our area has windy roads, roundabouts and low hanging trees. The dispatcher and office staff from CATS were also very helpful.
