I was shipping my cars from California to the east coast and chose Ship A Car Direct due to their good ratings and reviews from everyone. Jennifer was very courteous and did a good job explaining everything to me in terms I could understand. The stressful part was waiting for the carrier to be assigned because they like to wait until the last minute due to their scheduling needs. Overall I'm happy I chose Ship A Car Direct and glad that Jennifer was always there to answer my questions... Even on the weekend sometimes.
