Ship a Car Direct did an outstanding job all the way around. Jennifer (my advisor) explained exactly how the process worked and she was right on. The videos that are part of the Ship A Car Direct website are also excellent. The carrier that Jennifer hooked me up with did a terrific job. They beat the expected delivery date, the driver communicated with me the whole way, and there was no damage to my car.
