Great experience with Ship-a-Car. Contact prior to, during, and after was great and gave us confidence that everyone was under control and that our car would be handled with care and delivered on time. The trucker was friendly, caring, and professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing. We had an issue with delivery date (our problem) and the trucker was completely flexible in accommodating us. I also appreciated the tutorials on the web. They helped us to understand the "whys" and "hows" of shipping a car.
