Seamless process from beginning to end, even with someone else having to hand off my car due to being in flight. My car made it from VA to CA with no damage, nothing taken from my car and no issues. Driver was nice, could’ve texted update more without prompting but overall great. Also, if you ever have any questions, about anything? JENNIFER IS A GODSEND
