Ship a Car Direct was completely transparent about the fact that they are a broker and work with a range of transportation companies that actually carry your car. My representative at Ship a Car Direct always took my call, was very knowledgable, and never seemed annoyed at my questions about the process (this was my first time shipping a car). The actual transportation company they contracted with was professional and fast - my car arrived undamaged after a cross country trip and I received regular updates from the transport company. I had NO issues whatsoever, but felt reassured to have multiple points of contact should the need arise. If I ever need to ship a car again, my first/only call will be Ship a Car Direct.
