My partner and I researched three sites. After receiving a quote from the first one we signed a contract. However, the driver never contacted us about moving the car. So, we did more research and found 90%+ of the reviews were from people who were told the car was booked, and given a pick-up time, but no one showed. We quickly began to research other companies. We submitted a request through one, and never received a quote-we were told it was because no one had picked up the order. We received a quote through Ship A Car direct as well. I emailed Eve at SAC, because her prices were higher. She called me back and thoroughly explained that when someone submits a request, regardless of the company, all requests get posted to the same job board-and told me my car was listed by 3 different companies, paying three separate rates. She detailed that drivers are suspicious of multiple quotes and fees, and that once I had the other two firms remove my quotes (regardless of the provider I selected, then my car would be more apt to be picked up quickly). I decided that her honesty, as well as detail of the inner workings of what goes on behind the scenes was enough for me to pay a premium on the service. Plus, she spoke to me on the phone, rather than communicating simply through text. The other two firms removed my listing, and within one hour, I had a driver. We spoke on the phone, communicated pick up and drop off locations, and my car was on his truck within 2.5 hours. He communicated with me throughout the trip, and I got my car last night. 72 hours after drop off. I can't say enough positive things about this company, Eve, and my experience. Hands down, best choice I made. Do your homework, read the reviews of other companies, and then you'll see why this company is the best choice.
