Shipped a car from Philadelphia to California smoothly. I worked with John leading up to the delivery, and he was very responsive via email and by phone. We had some hiccups with nailing the time frame down; I had been waiting for my carrier confirmation and was getting worried my car wouldn't be picked up in time. The carrier isn't confirmed until 7-9 days before the car is delivered vs. 7-9 days prior to pickup, which I had misheard. Once this was communicated with John, the issue was resolved. The other thing I wish would be improved is the communication whilst waiting for the car delivery. The car was delivered a little after the estimated time frame, which is completely understandable; however, I would have appreciated ongoing communication if the driver knew they weren't going to make it in the time frame.
