Ship-a-car direct was always following up to make sure I was informed on where we were at on the process and to check-in with me once my carrier was assigned, car was picked up, and ultimately once my car was delivered. If I had any issues communicating with the carrier, they would jump in. I would give the full 5 stars, however, my car was picked up 3 days late. Though pick up was late (Monday night), it was delivered safely on Thursday, earlier than my expected date from IL to CA. Overall, very happy with the service.
