I had never shipped a car before and had no idea what to expect. Matt at Ship-A-Car-Direct was amazing. Seriously. He not only kept in touch every step of the way, but accommodated my time constraints and went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my car was picked up on time and worked hard to ensure it went smoothly.
