Ship a Car Direct was super to work with. They kept me in the loop from beginning to end and were willing to do whatever was necessary to be sure my car arrived safely in MN. Everyone I worked with was courteous and helpful. My car arrived two days earlier than expected and it was in great shape. No damages of any kind. I loved their app that allowed me to upload pictures of my car before and after shipment. This was a great way to be made aware of any damages. My credit card was not charged until a carrier was found. Ship a Car Direct is very transparent with no hidden agendas or fees.
A great experience and a great company to work with. I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again if I ever have the need to transport another car.
