Everything went well with the shipment of the car. Ship a car direct was very helpful, easy to contact and always provided quick response. My only comment was that their wasn't much notice from the driver (only a couple hrs) of the pickup and delivery times. The pick up was within the 5 day time window, but we did not know what day, and he only called an hour before he arrived. Delivery was 3 days earlier than we were told and the driver called a couple of hours prior, requiring my son to have to leave work to receive it. A little more communication from the driver would be helpful. The car was picked in the morning of the 11th, and delivered late afternoon of the 13th. Everything was handled in a professional manner and the car was received in the same condition as picked up. I would recommend and use 'Ship a Car Direct'. T
