I did my due diligence in searching for a broker to ship my new BMW X5 from Virginia to California,... and some of the reviews for other brokers and the shipping companies they use were nerve wracking...things such as drivers demanding more more on the delivery end, damage to vehicles, unaccounted for mileage on the car at the receiving end, lack of (or zero) communication with the driver or broker once paid, etc ... well...I am very pleased to say NONE OF THAT HAPPENED TO ME! From my first contact with Jennifer as I spent two full days vetting brokers to my experience with the shipper (SkyScore), everything was better than I could have imagined. Jennifer was honest, and up front, and maintained communication with me throughout the process...usually communicating proactively, and always responding to my many emails and/or phone calls. Alex, the SkyScore driver was the consummate professional...from taking his shoes off to get into the car, to his willingness to adjust the delivery time to accommodate my wife's work schedule. I can honestly say that I believe Ship-a-Car Direct's BBB rating is wholeheartedly earned, and I also equally recommend SkyScore. Awesome experience! My worst fears were never realized! :-) Thank you!
