Starting from the quote, they provided very thorough guidance on each step, and checked with me frequently about updates. The driver assigned to my order is nice, and it took him less than 4 days to deliver my car. Although I had to drive my car to a public parking lot in Pittsburgh for pickup, but he was able to find a spot very very close to my place (within walking distance) in Sunnyvale. No damage to my car, and the stuff I left in the trunk were all good. I would recommend ship a car direct to my friends!
