Ship-a-car direct worked quickly with my timeline. They were flexible and don't charge you until the car is picked up; there is no cancellation fee, which really helped me when I had an emergency and had to cancel the day of the pick up. In general, they responded very quickly and someone was always available to pick up the phone.
