I've never shipped a car before. We moved half way across the country and I needed to ship one of our cars while the family traveled together in the other. Stefan from Ship A Car Direct stayed in touch with me to answer questions, even though I tried to book a few months in advance and, it turns out, carriers don't typically commit to picking up a car until a couple of days before. As a planner, this was a little worrisome, but everything worked out great, and Ship A Car even managed a location change for my pickup a couple of days before we needed to leave town. The car arrived from with one of their trusted carriers faster than expected, the driver was friendly and very thorough with his own documented inspection of the vehicle, and the price was very fair. Ship A Car also has an app you can download to document before and after photos of your car, if you wish. The car was a little dirty on arrival, but I wasn't surprised by that considering it was on a car carrier truck for a few days, driving across the country. Everything washed off easily and I haven't found any damage to the vehicle. I would use this service again and I would recommend it as well.
