I was really at a loss of the whole shipping process. Did my research, trying to find the best company. But I would get discouraged as I would be bombarded with emails and calls from different companies. Finally I called and spoke to Scott, who explained the process. He was great. Then once a transporter was confirmed he was great calling me the days before and coordinating when he would be by to pick up our vehicle. The app was great as we documented the condition of the truck prior to and after drop off!! He was able to coordinate with my son a location off base to meet. Overall it was a great experience!
