John from shipacardirect is an excellent broker and helped me manage my car shipping smoothly and efficiently. I did a lot of homework to check online and was overwhelmed by all the information since this is my first time to find a broker on my own to ship my car. After relied on one broker from another company for seven days, they still not find a carrier for me and increased the price a lot in order to get a carrier, I cancelled the order with them. Then I called a few brokers to ask for a quote. I feel I can trust him as I talked to John over phone. John works in a very professional and efficient manner in that he is very patient to answer my questions and make extra efforts to find a carrier to meet my travel plan. Shipacardirect works as a team to keep me updated on my car shipping and has some cool app to report and track shipping. My car shipping with shipacardirect is excellent, worry-free and hassle-free. I did not meet any problems which I saw in the negative reviews because chose the right broker. Thank you.
