I always read the 1 star reviews first, so any pick up and drop off delays weren’t an issue since that was the majority of the complaints. I wasn’t on a time schedule, just needed to buy a plane ticket once my car was picked up. I researched other car transport companies and read the reviews but I was still really concerned about paying extra or them disappearing with my car, so I went on and used Ship a car direct because at least they had used these companies before and I needed that peace of mind. I was happy with the whole process even though my car was picked up one day later than expected and dropped off one day later than expected, which actually worked out better for me. The only slight issue I had was a bit of a language barrier, but that didn’t keep me from getting my car. I would definitely use ship a car direct again, thanks guys!
