Ship a Car Direct did a wonderful job finding me a carrier to ship my car across the country. However, it did take a little bit longer to find a carrier, so the pick-up date happened 3 days after my pick-up window. The good thing was, I wasn't in a rush so that change in date wasn't a huge deal, but I can absolutely see how it could be for people who have a strict pick-up date. This also meant that my drop-off date was later than I wanted it to be, but again, I was able to be flexible and they were able to accommodate my work schedule, so I was able to pick up my car after work. The carrier that shipped my car was great. The driver was extremely friendly and definitely put me at ease since this was my first time shipping my car. If I had to ship my car again, I would definitely use Ship a Car Direct again.
