My experience was excellent. I chose Ship a Car Direct because I was able to confirm who the owner was, what city, etc., and the owner has posted extremely helpful and forthright information via videos on the website. The person in the videos IS THE OWNER! Truthfully, your experience at the end of the day all comes down to the driver from the carrier that Ship a Car Direct decides to contract with. Because Ship a Car Direct is selective in who they will contract with and gives customers the opportunity to reject the carrier that Ship a Car Direct chose (with no additional fees to the customer), Ship a Car Direct has elevated themselves above the industry standard. So why not stack the deck in your favor, and choose Ship a Car Direct for transporting your automobile.
