2 Different Reviews: The shipping company (303 Direct) was very good, arrived early, and communicated well to schedule the dropoff. The broker (Ship A Car Direct) made their policies and pricing clear. I liked the videos online explaining everything. However, I was assigned my shipping company who called me to schedule a pickup within 20 minutes of being assigned, and wanted to pick up an hour later! A little notice would have been nice as I was at work at had to scramble to get the car home and ready.
