Shipped Honda CRV from Seattle,WA area to Pittsburgh, PA area. Took 4 days to from dropping off car to arrival. I was contacted by a local dispatch to arrange pickup; was late for pickup window but he was able to tell me when he would show up later in the day. There was a little initial confusion about when pickup and shipping would happen in the initial email, but that was cleared up after a few phone calls. Overall pretty good experience.
