Car direct likes to over communicate to the point of being too much (and I'm a project manager!). Way too many touchy-feely emails for a few days. Maybe this is due to me having shipped cars before and knowing the process.
Car was well documented, transport company communicated well, car had some dirty hand prints on the interior I was not happy with though. Of course - no interior documentation by vendor or myself, so racking that up to experience and will do next time.
Overall positive experience and would use them again.
