I thought this process went very well. The only thing I would comment is I thought the Carrier was going to take the pre-shipment pictures. I wasn’t there to take the picture so therefore how was I supposed to do that. I think it would be a great feature to indicate whether you wanted the carrier to actually take the pre-shipment pictures. That said I thought things went well.
