They made sure it went smoothly, and it did. I had a specific window of availability, and my customer service rep made sure to find a carrier that could meet that window. She also selected a carrier that was communicative and reasonable. I shipped my wife’s car with a different company earlier this year, and it was way worse, so I’m glad we switched.
