I had a pretty good experience using Ship a Car Direct and I would recommend this service. The customer service workers and truck driver who actually drove my car from NJ to TX were very friendly and personable, especially upon picking up my car in TX. I deducted one star because there was confusion and lack of communication on the original pick up date and time, leading me and my family to waste a full day waiting for a pick up that never happened and we had to keep following up with the company on the rescheduling of the pick up date which was slightly frustrating. But my car showed up to TX in the same condition I left it in a pretty reasonable amount of time so overall I'm happy.
