My first contact with Ship a car direct was friendly and they took the time to answer all my questions. They found me a driver quickly. My contact with my driver was friendly. He showed up on time at the chosen time and had a lot of traffic to get my car to NW Chicago. but kept me informed as to his time of arrival and the car was delivered perfectly.
