The service was easy to use...but would have appreciated your proactive communication/updates from my point of contact (he never answered my direct questions or messages, although he would give me text & email updates at his own pace). My car was picked up a 4-5 days later than the window I was expecting...but most importantly it was delivered safe and without incident. If I had had a hard deadline to receive the car then there would have been an issue...but I didn't in this case, so their "leisurely" pace was acceptable in this case.
