This was my first time using a car carrier to ship one of my cars. I reviewed car carriers and car carrier broker services online and chose Ship A Car Direct car carrier broker service. I made a great choice. The process was easy and done online. My service representative was Eve, who was very courteous and helpful, answering my questions by phone and online about Ship A Car Direct service and process of obtaining a car carrier and keeping me informed about my order and car carrier once my order was placed online. My car carrier was Ebro, LLC and the driver, Mark, was friendly, courteous and accommodating. Pickup and delivery times were on target and the car was delivered in good condition with no damage. I will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again, if I need to ship another car in the future.
