I shipped my car from Atlanta,GA to Seattle,WA. Ship a Car Direct made it efficient for me to not worry about finding a driver and negotiating costs. It was a one-stop shop where I had a point of contact that helped me throughout the way. We scheduled a time and the driver was selected. The driver came on time and worked with me on where to go for my pick-up. Ship a Car Direct even helped me negotiate location as it would be convenient with my schedule and work. During transportation,I wasn't able to reach my driver but Ship a Car Direct kept in contact with me throughout. During pickup,it was a bit confusing as the driver was different than the pickup. Ship a car direct kept in contact with me though and I was able to receive my car in time with everything perfectly in tact. Thank you for the great experience! The only recommendation I have would be a way to track where the driver is throughout the transport.
